Anil Sivadas, President
Anil is a visionary leader, with over 25 years of management experience in the high-tech sector. He has consistently guided the company with his exceptional aptitude for innovation and strategic direction.
Prior to Enventure, Anil was a senior management executive with a Billion Dollar consumer electronics company, where he garnered many years of experience in manufacturing, R&D, and Sales. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Always an ardent proponent of high standards of customer satisfaction, he is also a certified Net Promoter Associate and coaches the Enventure team on the NPS system.
He enjoys traveling, listening to music, and is a movie buff.
Kiran Sivadas, Executive Vice President
Kiran brings to Enventure a wealth of knowledge in executive management and customer management. Since Enventure’s inception, he has fueled the company’s growth by introducing innovative services, developing go-to-market strategies, and expanding Enventure’s global footprint – all of which have contributed to Enventure’s success in various business areas and markets.
Kiran drives Enventure’s strategic business growth initiatives and leads a team that has enabled Enventure to establish a global footprint across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Sales and Marketing.
His interests include music, travel and photography.
Peter Mathew, Chief Financial Officer
Peter heads Finance and Accounts at Enventure, which includes ensuring statutory compliance and managing the financial health of the company. He is an expert in international trade, foreign exchange management, and budget control and has played a key role at Enventure in these areas, since 2006. He holds an MBA in Finance and has over 25 years of experience in financial management across different industries. Apart from the core finance function, Peter also manages the legal review function and general administration of the company.
Prior to joining Enventure, Peter was working in the Middle East, where he gained valuable experience in accounting and finance dealing, with international clients and partners.
He follows basketball very closely and also loves reading.
Girish Shetty, VP – Engineering Services
Girish holds the responsibility for managing global engineering operations and delivery at Enventure. He has over 20 years of experience in Engineering Design & Development, across large corporations such as HCL Technologies, Carrier Corporation, and Manitowoc Cranes GmbH.
Girish has very strong organizational and people management skills, which enables him to run an efficient team of engineers at Enventure. He is highly customer focused and is admired by his team as well as clients, for his ability to manage multiple projects and priorities seamlessly. He is also an expert in multiple Engineering, CAD, and PLM platforms from world leaders such as PTC, Dassault Systèmes, Autodesk, and Ansys.
He is a Mechanical Engineer and his major hobbies include cricket and travel.
